Sparkle & Charm Fall Front Porch Terms and Conditions (2025)
Deliverable: By purchasing the selected package, you are purchasing the stipulated decorative materials, the transportation of materials to your home, and the set up of the materials on your front porch. Front porch design will be at the discretion of Sparkle & Charm's design team. If the Homeowner is available when we arrive, they can provide the Sparkle & Charm team direction on how they would prefer the display be set up on the front porch. Please note that when we arrive we will immediately begin to unload the materials and set up your porch and then depart. If you select the "No Design" option, we will drop the materials off near your front porch and leave. It is the Homeowner's responsibility to set up the purchased materials.
Cleanup: If the "Removal" service is purchased, Sparkle & Charm will remove all pumpkins and large display pieces at the end of the season in the stipulated removal timeframe. Minor debris such as loose straw or pumpkin residue left on the porch or property is not included in the removal package and Sparkle & Charm will not clean up.
Inclement Weather & Schedule Delays: Sparkle & Charm is not liable for service delays due to inclement weather that prevents us from delivering and designing a porch, such as a snow storm. We will deliver either after snow melts or the following week. We will notify the customer by email in the event of such a delay.
Safety: Customers are responsible for notifying Sparkle & Charm immediately if they believe there is an unsafe condition on their property, after porch set up, such as trips, slips and falls. Homeowner shall notify Sparkle & Charm immediately and up to no later than 5 days after the porch setup. Sparkle & Charm may come to the residence and resolve the safety concern with the Homeowner at the discretion of our team based upon the validity of the concern.
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond Sparkle & Charm's control (e.g., crop failure, supplier's ability to deliver us pumpkins, etc.), customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if delivery cannot be fulfilled.
Pumpkin Variability: The types of pumpkins delivered may vary slightly from the package description. While we strive for accuracy, minor discrepancies may occur. The total number of pumpkins will meet or exceed the quantity specified in your package.
Cornstalk Placement: Cornstalks will be secured to home pillars using sets of twine tied to the back. Sparkle & Charm is not responsible for any damage or displacement caused by inclement weather after setup. Homes without suitable
pillars are not intended to have cornstalk placement, however Sparkle & Charm team will place in alternative locations as deemed appropriate.
Material Degradation: Sparkle and Charm is not responsible for the degradation of the display after we leave. Degradation such as but not limited to: rot, vandalism, theft, fire, inclement weather. No refunds will be issued due to material degradations.
Scheduling: While customers can select a preferred delivery week, this does not guarantee delivery on that specific week. The guaranteed delivery window is from September 20th to October 12th. Sparkle & Charm will make reasonable effort to accommodate scheduled requests.
Customer Complaints: Sparkle & Charm will address customer complaints on a case-by-case basis. If the service provided falls short of an acceptable standard, Sparkle & Charm may offer compensation at its own discretion.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours after purchase or prior to September 1st, whichever comes first. Cancellations after this date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please email or send us a message to cancel your

Zip Code Requirements: Sparkle & Charm only delivers to the Omaha metro area. If your zip code is not listed in the zip code map when you select your order, then we will not deliver to you. Shipping address must match the zip code that was selected in the order selection menu. If the zip codes do not match, we will cancel your order.
Photographs: By participating in our services, the customer agrees that we may take photographs of the porch display for marketing purposes. If Customer grants us permission to use photos in the item selection page, these photographs may be used in various media, including but not limited to social media, websites, and promotional materials. To protect privacy, home addresses will not be included in any of the photographs that may be used.
